This is based on the books and are the canons available as of the tenth book, I haven’t read past that yet, more will be added/taken away as I read. It will be Slashed out if the canon is no longer available to take over. You must be approved by me with a post preview (not one from another site, one you write up at the moment using that character). If you haven’t read any of the books, I suggest just making your own character. I’m re-reading all ten of my books and writing down the information as I go. So these are all the cannons as of the fifth book. I will put in the updates in the first column of the table each time I finish another book. If you are accepted, you make a new topic here with the stats of your character.

Amy Fleming - 16, she is tall and slim, slick and thick brown hair and gray eyes. Daughter of Marion, the main character, was in the accident that killed her mother; she was in concussion and missed her mother’s funeral whilst in the concussion. When she woke up, after nearly grieving herself to death, she took her mothers place as the healer of Heartland. She dislikes talking about her mother.

Ty Borden – 18, green eyes and brown hair, stable hand of heartland. He had been working there since he was 14, part time at first, but then at 16 he dropped out of high school to work full time. Now that Marion Fleming is deceased he helps Amy with healing the horses.

Lou Fleming - ?, short corn-colored hair and forget-me-not blue eyes, oldest daughter of Marion, takes care of financial side of heartland, just started riding again after being afraid to ride when her father had an riding accident and left them. Stayed in England when her mother and sister moved to Virginia to look for her father and then moved to America and got a job as a high-powered banker in New York. She moved to Heartland when her mother died and took her place as the financial caretaker of the family.

Jack Barlatt - ?, ?, Lou and Amy’s grandfather. Marion Flemings father. He generally only fixes things, takes care of the house. He’s the handyman and is rarely seen out in the barns. He helps solve emotional issues and is always there when he is needed.

Soraya Martin – 16, tall and slim like Amy, Black curls that bounce on her shoulders. She has been Amy’s best friend since the third grade, and she loved horses almost as much as Amy did.

Tim Fleming - ?, ?, Amy and Lou’s father. He had been favorite to win the gold medal. Racing against the clock, he steered his horse, Pegaus, too sharply to the last fence. Unable to take off properly, Pegasus had caught the top rail of the jump between his legs and had come crashing down, landing on his rider. Tim had been temporarily paralyzed from the fall. Amy had only been three at the time. He abandoned his family and his horse soon after.

Scott Trewin - 30, ?, the local equine vet that soon starts dating Amy’s older sister, Lou, in the _ book of the series. He is very compassionate and will do whatever he can to save the life of an animal.

Matt Trewin – 16, tall with sandy hair, brown eyes, and a lopsided grin. He is Scotts younger brother and use to like Amy in a way that was more than just friends. He wants to become a doctor.

Ashley Grant – 16, tall and skinny she is beautiful and wealthy. Her mother owns the stables Green Briar where her mother was the trainer and they produced push button hunter/jumpers.

Val Grant - ?, tall with short blonde hair, she was the owner and trainer of the stables Green Briar and was the main reason the produce the push button hunter/jumpers. She believes in force and very firm discipline. She schooled ponies to respond to the commands of any rider – her horses learned to excel in one area and would complete a course to win. She considered It a waste of time developing relationships with them. And many of the riders she trained felt the same way.

Hannah Boswell - 16, wavy dark hair. She is Larry Boswells granddaughter. She competes in equitation and convinced her grandfather to re-buy Gerry for her new jumper he had promised her. Her grandfather didn’t want to buy him due to the fact he was a gelding when he found Gerry again, but after using him and winning in a show, Hannah talked him into it. She is compassionate about her horses and utterly sweet.

Ben Stillmen – 18, tall and blonde. His parents divorced when he was ten, after that he started skipping school and basically getting into a lot of trouble. Because his mom wasn’t coping very well with the divorce, his aunt Lisa decide it was better if Ben didn’t live with his mom. So he was sent to live with Lisa at the Arabian breeding farm. It was a rough transition for Ben when he came to Fairfield. At first, Ben felt that his mom was abandoning him, just as his dad had done. Then, after a year or so, he got into riding. He was a natural and once he started spending his time in the stable, he really love being at Fairfield. At first when he came to Heartland he was rude and stubborn, because he felt that his aunt was abandoning him as well when she volunteered him to work at Heartland.

Clair Whitely – 16, short brown hair and a hear-shaped face. Claire moved to the town because of her moms job and after Amy helped her build confidence and learn to be firm with her head strong horse, they have been friends ever since.
